Yoga & Wild Swimming

Fridays 6:00- 8:00 pm evening from May 31st- September 13th & Saturday Session 8:45 - 9:45 am from May 18th- September 14th

Take part in a dynamic, hour long hatha yoga class on the decked lakeside area surrounded by nature and the calming sounds of the water. The session is suitable for all levels, Gemma & Kate will tap into the groups ability and offer alternative moves for different strengths. Then finish the session on a deep relaxation with the sky and swallows for company. Invigorate yourself by plunging into the beautiful soothing lake feeling empowered and liberated. Warm up in the wood fired hot tub, then maybe jump back into the lake ! This kind of hot and cold water submersion is great for your circulation and feels amazing.
